Common questions
How does this help reduce QA workload?
AI prepares a summary, evaluates your scorecard and links findings to transcript evidence. Reviewers can start with this analysis instead of preparing everything manually. Your reviewers still validate the evidence and make the final decision.
Can we use our own QA and compliance criteria?
Evaluations follow the scorecard selected for the call. Use explicit criteria for the checks your reviewers need to assess. Findings can pass, fail, be not applicable or need review. This supports your compliance review; it does not replace a complete compliance program.
What can I try today?
Create an individual or team workspace, configure a scorecard and invite reviewers. Once recording analysis is activated for your workspace, you can upload calls and review summaries, transcript evidence and QA findings. The example on this page is fictional and needs no account.
Where are recordings processed?
Recordings are processed locally in the current installation and kept in private storage. Hosted processing is not available yet. Your workspace setup shows whether recording analysis has been activated.
What happens when a speaker or result is unclear?
Unresolved attribution and insufficient evidence remain visible for review. A model suggestion does not count as a confirmed identity, and uncertain criteria are not silently scored as passes.
Can I start alone and add my team later?
Yes. Start with a personal workspace and invite reviewers when you’re ready. You can also choose a team workspace from the beginning. Company names, campaigns, departments and teams are optional.
